Requirements
- Experience in marketing operations and/or business operations
- Strong leadership presence and demonstrated experience to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority, managing multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex information to executive and senior leadership
- Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution
- Strong analytical skills; translating complex data (via data dashboards and Google Sheets/Excel reporting) into compelling narratives and actionable insights
- Strong workshop and meeting facilitation
- Productivity & workflow management tooling (e.g. Asana, Jira)
Responsibilities
- Lead discussion around marketing strategy and help translate goals into actionable plans
- Provide strategic partnership to the CMO and marketing leadership to develop the marketing org priorities, including budget and headcount allocation
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure marketing strategies align with shared goals and initiatives across product, sales, and company-wide objectives
- Oversee the planning and execution of key marketing initiatives for the marketing team, ensuring timely delivery, clear performance metrics, and cross-team collaboration
- Deliver comprehensive reports and actionable insights to the CMO and leadership team, leveraging data analysis to identify trends, measure performance, and optimize marketing strategies
- Ensure clear communication of priorities, timelines, and goals across the marketing team
- Implement strategies by leveraging analytics, in partnership with marketing leadership and relevant stakeholders, to streamline workflows and reduce operational costs
- Optimize processes and create frameworks that centralize and streamline decision-making, and resource allocation
- Drive cross-functional efforts related to key marketing campaigns, product launches, and company-wide events
