Marketing Sustainability Intern

Summary

The job involves working as a Marketing Intern at Quantis in Berlin, collaborating with the Global Marketing Team to research and shape materials on critical environmental and business-related topics. The ideal candidate is motivated, a team player, fluent in English and German, curious, organized, entrepreneurial, and has marketing skills. The internship lasts for at least 6 months or can be a working student position (20 hours/week).

Requirements

• Motivated, team player, fluent in written and spoken English and German
• Curious and likes to research various topics related to environmental transition
• Good synthesis skills and a strategic mindset
• Examples of work where you deep dived into technical topics and extracted key strategic insights
• Organized and juggles multiple projects and deadlines well

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Global Marketing Team to research and shape materials on critical environmental and business-related topics
• Developing templates, factsheets, FAQs on critical food & bev related topics such as commodity deep dives (cocoa, dairy, wheat), including market and environmental topics, as well as what constitutes a sustainable food system
• Working with the topics to identify needs for templates and new knowledge development + supporting or leading the development of these new materials
• Identifying and brainstorming trending topics and summarizing key learnings for the food & beverage team + engaging and sharing these learnings with the team
• Supporting the marketing initiatives through research and content development in collaboration with the marketing team

• Strong entrepreneurial spirit: always looking for new ideas and ways to push the envelope
• Marketing skills, including social media management, content creation, and market analysis
• Knowledge and/or experience of environmental sustainability
