Requirements

• At least 5-8 years of professional experience in media buying or a comparable position
• Have managed a monthly advertising budget of at least €100,000 - €500,000
• Comprehensive knowledge of media strategies, techniques, and trends
• Ability to analyze and interpret extensive campaign data
• Experience in the strategic use and integration of various analysis tools
• In-depth knowledge of the specific characteristics and requirements of various media channels
• Experience in the strategic selection, negotiation, and optimization of media placements
• Ability to communicate complex strategic plans and results to senior management and clients
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience in leading and coordinating large and complex media projects
• Ability to effectively plan and manage resources
• Experience in leading and developing a team of media buyers
• Ability to foster a productive and motivated work environment
• Ability to introduce and utilize new technologies and methods in media buying
• Experience in the strategic integration of innovative approaches
• Ability to develop and implement comprehensive media strategies to achieve long-term company goals
• Experience in solving complex and strategic challenges
• Fluent German and English skills in spoken and written form

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive media plans to achieve company goals
• Be responsible for the strategic purchasing and placement of media across various channels
• Monitor and optimize all media campaigns to maximize effectiveness and ROI
• Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies based on insights gained
• Manage large media budgets and ensure efficient allocation of funds
• Create detailed budget plans and monitor adherence to financial guidelines
• Implement new and creative advertising approaches based on market and target audience analyses
• Utilize innovative technologies and trends to improve media placement
• Create and present detailed reports on campaign performance to senior management and clients
• Derive recommendations for action to continuously improve media strategies
• Guide and mentor junior and mid-level media buyers
• Work closely with clients to provide strategic advice and optimize their media strategies
• Present media plans and results in client meetings
