Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in media buying or a comparable role
- Proven track record of managing a media budget of at least β¬50,000 - β¬100,000 per month
- Deep knowledge of media strategies and tactics
- Strong ability to analyze and interpret complex campaign data
- Experience using and integrating various analytics tools
- In-depth understanding of different media channels and their specific advantages and disadvantages
- Ability to strategically select and optimize advertising channels
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to present complex topics to senior management and clients
- Experience in leading and managing complex projects
- Strong coordination skills for tasks and resources within a team
- Ability to mentor and develop junior and mid-level employees
- Promotion of a collaborative and productive team culture
- Solid expertise in media-buying tools and systems
- Ability to introduce and implement new technologies
- Capability to develop and execute long-term media strategies
- Experience in solving complex challenges in the media-buying process
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Responsibilities
- Independently develop and implement media plans to effectively reach target audiences
- Monitor and manage media campaigns, including booking and optimization
- Conduct regular analysis and make data-driven adjustments based on campaign performance
- Manage assigned media budgets, including planning and reporting
- Create detailed budget reports and monitor expenditures
- Generate comprehensive reports on campaign performance and provide optimization recommendations
- Present campaign results to internal stakeholders and clients
- Identify new media platforms and advertising formats to enhance campaign performance
- Develop creative approaches for the placement of advertising messages
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., creative, account management) to ensure seamless campaign execution
- Participate in client meetings and presentations to align media strategies
