Responsibilities

  • Work alongside Channel Specialists to execute top-notch campaigns for our higher-ed clients
  • Ensure that client ads are error free, both grammatically and technically
  • Assist the team in researching keywords, target audiences, competitors, and other areas that will be used in the development of strategy and/or execution of marketing plans, as needed
  • Assist Channel Specialists in the upload and execution of campaigns across all digital marketing channels including (but not limited to) programmatic media, SEM, and social media
  • Ensure accurate invoicing of media
  • Ensure our team has the necessary account access in order to manage client campaigns
  • Implement, optimize, and maintain the full-cycle leads management process in collaboration with channel specialists and other project team members
  • Test and maintain the seamless transfer of leads to clients by utilizing lead automation software
  • Assist with analytics and reporting, as needed
  • Learn and maintain knowledge of digital media channels including paid search and paid social
  • Participate in various training related to digital marketing, including individual, one-on-one and group sessions

Preferred Qualifications

Possess experience with other marketing and measurement platforms (MailChimp, Salesforce, BrightEdge, R, etc.)
