Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s/Masterโ€™s degree
  • 4-5 years of experience in Project Management in events-based roles
  • Previous experience in the Pharma industry is a must
  • Fluent in written and spoken English

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates the Medical Event preparation (yearly plans of events & congresses, set up of preparation meetings with event owners and multiple stakeholders)
  • Manages the full lifecycle of project coordination, from initiation to completion
  • Oversees the execution and closure/reconciliation of HCC-sensitive cross-border medical events (including standalone events, congresses, advisory boards, and individual consultancies)
  • Collaborates with the event owner to select and contract agencies for medical communications, production (including digital) and logistics
  • Manages Healthcare Professionals (HCP) communications and relationships in partnership with the event owner, acting as the primary contact for all external agencies
  • Works closely with the EMEA Event Support team and collaborate with local colleagues on material dissemination, event localization, and logistics updates
  • Ensures seamless on-site delivery, oversee event wrap-up and evaluation (including feedback forms)
  • Be responsible for budget tracking and reporting of all activities including budget consolidation, supporting the budget owner
  • Ensure that all medical events and related activities align with healthcare compliance standards and corporate integrity requirements
  • Maintain open communication and cooperation with other individuals in EMEA Medical Affairs Team to ensure knowledge exchange and sharing of good practice
