Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Meta Ads Specialist, with a strong track record of managing Facebook and Instagram ads
• Expertise in audience segmentation and ad optimization within Meta Ads Manager
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
• Excellent English communication skills
• Flexibility in working hours, with a preference for aligning to the company’s time zone

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage paid ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, aligning with business objectives
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audience targeting, and copy to optimize performance
• Utilize Meta’s tools for audience insights to define and target specific customer segments effectively
• Build and optimize custom and lookalike audiences based on data insights
• Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, making adjustments to improve KPIs like CTR, conversion rate, and ROI
• Prepare regular reports and insights for the executive team, providing recommendations for growth opportunities
