Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of experience managing Meta Ads campaigns with high budgets ($30K-$300K per month) and a demonstrated ability to achieve a ROAS of 3x or higher
• Ability to develop high-performing ad creatives and messaging that resonate with target audiences
• A strong drive to optimize campaign performance, reduce costs, and maximize conversions
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable using Trello for workflow management and Discord for team collaboration

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns to maximize lead generation and conversions
• Craft compelling ad copy and visuals that engage target audiences and drive action
• Utilize tracking tools to analyze ad performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
• Stay up to date with digital advertising trends, platform updates, and emerging strategies to maintain a competitive edge
• Set up and manage tracking tools, including Meta Pixel, Events Manager, conversions API, and UTM tracking, to ensure accurate data reporting
• Build and optimize Meta ad campaigns (Facebook/Instagram), including audience targeting, placements, budgets, and strategy
• Work closely with Client Success Managers to understand client goals, source approved creatives and copy, and ensure seamless ad execution
• Conduct weekly performance reviews, identify areas for improvement, and apply data-driven optimizations
• Oversee between 15-30+ client accounts, ensuring ongoing success and results
