Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Experience selling DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) at an enterprise level as a solution is an asset
- Experience speaking with C-Level contacts in Networking industry regarding networking automation, DNS security, and hybrid cloud environments
- Commercial sales experience including completing transactions with Fortune 1000 Companies
- Experience with successful, strategic account selling and income attainment
- Experience effectively building a quality pipeline, executing an account plan and strategy
- Experience working collaboratively in a results-driven, team-orientated sales organization
- SFDC ( Salesforce.com ) acumen
- Requires a Bachelorβs degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration or a related field
- At least 3 year of experience in mid market or enterprise sales for a software company
- In the alternative, no degree and at least three years of experience in the above-mentioned occupation
Responsibilities
- Responsible for identifying, qualifying, orchestrating, and closing new business within new and existing accounts with a focus on achieving revenue goals consistently on a quarterly and annual basis
- On new logo will be focused on under 1000 employee segment commercial, all government, education, and state and local
- Develop a detailed understanding of organizational structure, competitive landscape, and technology heat map within the entire account list
- Develop and execute field sales campaigns to create demand while working closely with Lead Generation and Sales Engineering resources to build and manage a robust pipeline of new business
- Work with local partner team to engage with Cisco, and value added resellers to generate pipeline
- Articulate the BlueCat value proposition to senior IT leaders, effectively identifying and quantifying customer pains, highlighting ROI and business value through a consultative sales approach
- Work with local solutions arhcitect to conduct discovery, present the Bluecat vision, share architecture, build bill of materials, negotiaate on commeercials, and navigate procurement
- Work within a team environment while managing internal and external resources to execute account and deal with strategy while maximizing sales efforts and success rate
Preferred Qualifications
- MEDDIC/force management or other relevent sales process training is a plus
- Forecasting and Deal discovery experience
- Experience doing network architecture reviews
- Experience with account mapping and future state buildouts
