Requirements

- 5- 7+ years of New Business and Account Management experience (prior digital media and SaaS experience) with a strong track record of success
- Technically savvy and experience in Salesforce required
- Experience working within a team environment to over-deliver on desired results
- Experience with high-level (Director or above) contract negotiations and the ability to successfully navigate complex organizations
- Previously trained in consultative / value based selling
- Solid ability to handle tough conversations with clients in a professional, solution-oriented manner
- Strong belief in a proactive rather than reactive approach to handling clients
- A passion for excellent customer service
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a large book of business through a high-deep and wide sales approach
- This role will start having to build a book of customers by hunting prospects and leaning on Indeed to bundle clients into Glassdoor and Indeed branding products
- Successfully communicate and work with Indeed partners to maintain client satisfaction and generate new business
- Create client value by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
- Partner with the Client Success Team to ensure clients are receiving proper program expectations and deliver impactful BPIβs to clients
- Exceed monthly/quarterly retention and growth goals
- Thrive on change while remaining highly organized, optimistic, and coachable
- Research, identify, and generate new opportunities via the phone and web
