National Account Manager

Summary

Join Fresh Direct's National Accounts Team as a National Account Manager, focusing on the hotels sector. This home-based role with frequent travel involves identifying and delivering growth to support customer needs, maintaining high customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. You will be responsible for the profit and loss of a national account portfolio and developing strategic joint business plans with customers. Ideally, you will have experience in national accounts, a customer-centric mindset, a strong work ethic, and an interest in the hospitality industry, including experience with contract caterers, pubs, and restaurants. Requirements

• Possess some previous experience within national accounts with a proven track record of delivering results
• Have a customer centric mindset with a can do attitude and a strong work ethic

Responsibilities

• Identify and deliver growth to support our customers needs whilst maintaining a high level of customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and to ensure retention of business
• Work alongside other departments to ensure budgeted sales targets and account profitability
• Be fully responsible for profit and loss of a national account portfolio along with developing and executing strategic joint business plans with our customers

Preferred Qualifications

Have a genuine interest in the hospitality industry and ideally hold some experience of working with contract caterers, pubs and restaurants
