You will be responsible for the profit and loss of a national account portfolio and developing strategic joint business plans with customers. Ideally, you will have experience in national accounts, a customer-centric mindset, a strong work ethic, and an interest in the hospitality industry, including experience with contract caterers, pubs, and restaurants. Requirements
- Possess some previous experience within national accounts with a proven track record of delivering results
- Have a customer centric mindset with a can do attitude and a strong work ethic
Responsibilities
- Identify and deliver growth to support our customers needs whilst maintaining a high level of customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and to ensure retention of business
- Work alongside other departments to ensure budgeted sales targets and account profitability
- Be fully responsible for profit and loss of a national account portfolio along with developing and executing strategic joint business plans with our customers
Preferred Qualifications
Have a genuine interest in the hospitality industry and ideally hold some experience of working with contract caterers, pubs and restaurants
