Summary

Coast is a rapidly growing commercial and industrial solar energy firm looking to hire a National Project Originator. The individual will lead the origination and development of commercial solar projects by establishing Coast's commercial real estate presence, identifying viable solar development sites, managing project reporting, and attending industry events. The candidate should be an experienced solar development professional with a proven track record in business development and a deep knowledge of incentive programs in key markets.

Requirements

• An experienced solar development professional with a proven track record of developing a solar/storage pipeline from initial lead through NTP
• Background in business development in the C&I solar space and a deep knowledge of the incentive programs in the key C&I markets

Responsibilities

• Establish Coast’s commercial real estate presence across key markets to source solar projects
• Identify and secure viable solar development sites that align with Coast’s origination strategy
• Manage the solar development strategy and process from origination through signed agreements and NTP
• Serve as point of contact with CRE owners and brokers to provide frequent updates on projects statuses
