Summary

Join us as a NetSuite Business Analyst and bridge the gap between business needs and NetSuite ERP capabilities. You will analyze business processes, gather requirements, configure NetSuite solutions, and drive process improvements. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective NetSuite utilization. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support decision-making. Provide user support, training, and troubleshoot issues. Assist with system maintenance, upgrades, and project management. Ensure compliance with company policies and security protocols.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a NetSuite Business Analyst or similar role, with a focus on business process analysis, configuration, and reporting
  • Proficiency in configuring and maintaining NetSuite ERP modules (e.g., Financials, CRM, Inventory Management), creating workflows, saved searches, and reports
  • Strong understanding of financial and operational processes (AP, AR, GL, inventory management) to align NetSuite solutions with organizational needs
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, with experience analyzing business processes and system data to drive improvements
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to understand and document business processes, pain points, and requirements related to NetSuite
  • Analyze existing workflows and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications for NetSuite configuration and enhancements
  • Configure NetSuite modules, custom fields, forms, workflows, and roles to align with business requirements
  • Support the implementation of new NetSuite features, modules, and integrations
  • Partner with technical teams to test, validate, and deploy NetSuite solutions
  • Develop and maintain saved searches, reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support business decision-making
  • Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for NetSuite-related support questions and issues
  • Provide user training and documentation to ensure effective system adoption and usage
  • Troubleshoot user issues and escalate technical problems as needed
  • Assist with system audits, data integrity checks, and ongoing maintenance tasks
  • Support system upgrades and new release testing to ensure business continuity
  • Participate in NetSuite-related projects, including system enhancements, module rollouts, and process improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and security protocols, including user access management and audit trails

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, and basic understanding of SuiteScript
  • NetSuite SuiteFoundation or Business Analyst certifications
