Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the financial services industry, with a focus on ETFs or financial products
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and regulatory environments pertaining to ETFs and related products
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Strong analytical skills with a results-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses (required)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth in the ETFs and financial products sectors
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by building strong relationships with institutional investors, financial advisors, and other key stakeholders
  • Conduct thorough market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and potential partnership opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop innovative solutions that meet client needs and enhance product offerings
  • Present product strategies and opportunities to clients and internal stakeholders with clarity and confidence
  • Attend industry conferences and networking events to represent the company and expand professional relationships
  • Prepare and deliver quarterly reports outlining business development efforts, market insights, and growth prospects to senior management
