Requirements

  • Associate Degree or equivalent experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in a multi-state territory
  • Expertise in OEM sales strategies, particularly for differentiated or disruptive products
  • Basic understanding of product installation and the ability to complete spec sheets
  • Proficient in delivering compelling product demonstrations and presentations
  • Willingness to travel 35-50% of the time, with the discipline to work remotely
  • Eager to train, observe, and assist in product installations to better understand customer needs

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate a deep network of decision-makers and key influencers within OEMs
  • Identify and secure internal and external support to meet and exceed targets
  • Support internal stakeholders by resolving issues, including payment-related concerns
  • Spearhead the launch of new products within OEMs and ensure smooth execution
  • Be the β€œface and voice” of the company, maintaining high visibility within OEMs
  • Grow revenue while managing costs to support long-term financial success
  • Execute pricing objectives and stay ahead of industry trends
  • Engage with fleets and dealers to understand product usage and market dynamics
  • Represent the company at tradeshows and industry events, ensuring strong OEM presence
