Requirements

  • Experience in office administration or a related field
  • Great communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with office equipment and programs, including printers, computers, etc
  • Excellent time management skills, ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Driver's license

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and ensure office and territory maintenance, track office supplies, and place orders when necessary
  • Provide administrative support in managing phone calls and correspondence (e-mails, letters, packages, etc)
  • Take care of work equipment for new and current employees as well as equipment replacements
  • Assist in planning and arranging events
  • Collaborate with other departments regarding any necessary assistance and documentation management
  • Organize and update the company’s discounts programs
  • Arrange and coordinate gifts for business partners and other employees
  • Book and manage employees' business trips (flights, accommodation, business cards etc)
  • Update and ensure compliance with office and work health and safety regulations - keep policies and documentation up to date, and organize regular checkups
