Requirements

  • Prior experience in a similar office manager or office support role
  • High level of proficiency in both spoken and written English
  • Excellent organization skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Attentiveness and prompt task execution
  • Proficient PC skills and no difficulty with handling office equipment
  • Location in Mumbai (India)

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and maintain the overall office operations
  • Provide necessary support to employees with technology, accessories, stationery, etc
  • Contribute to office support, including organizing and overseeing cleaning schedules
  • Handle minor purchases of products and supplies
  • Coordination with facilities management, building management teams to maintain the office environment and handle any repairs or potential improvements
  • Help in collaboration with external contractors and services (delivery service, florists, etc.)
  • Working with designers, assisting in finding designers
  • Assist in upholding compliance with business center requirements (fire safety, utility bills, etc.)
  • Offer occasional administrative support (e.g., handling, printing documents, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in using Task management tools
  • Experienced in global purchasing and logistics
  • MS Office skills
  • Project Management skills
