Requirements

• Possess a completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification
• Have prior experience in office management or a similar position
• Demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills
• Be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Work independently, in a structured and responsible manner
• Maintain discretion and act professionally, even in stressful situations
• Have fluent German and English skills (written and spoken)
