Summary

This role requires managing corporate records, vendor communication, and HR-related tasks. You will also support company events and contribute to business development. This position is remote, US-based, and requires working during Pacific Time business hours.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree from accredited college or university in Business, Finance, Economics, Human Resources, or related field is required
  • Minimum three (3) years of relevant experience in office and operations management. Background in Professional Services (consulting, M&A, finance) highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of the fast-paced, high compliance nature of financial firms
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, MS Teams, Monday.com, and/or related technologies
  • Proficient in Quickbooks
  • Able to interpret AP/AR and work with budgets
  • Excellent verbal, written and listening skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and process implementation
  • Experience providing training and supervision to staff
  • Proactive and accountable when taking on assignments and projects
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with tact and discretion
  • Enjoys a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with customer service focus
  • Able to work collaboratively as well as independently in a remote environment
  • Professional and cordial demeanor

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day virtual office operations enabling Managing Principals to focus on practice and business development
  • Ensure efficient work flows, collaborating closely with management to evaluate, develop and maintain efficient processes and systems
  • Manage and organize corporate records, ensuring timely submission of required legal documents
  • Manage and coordinate external vendor communication including: bookkeeping, accounting, legal, IT, HR, and corporate governance
  • Collaborate with Human Resources on matters of recruiting, communications, onboarding/off-boarding and employee engagement
  • Analyze and resolve company and employee matters varying in complexity
  • Support the planning and organization of company travel and marketing and team events
  • Demonstrate active participation in team assignments, business development, and self-development opportunities
