Onboarding Specialist

Summary

Join Trax Retail as a fully remote Onboarding Specialist, based in Central America or Mexico! This role focuses on onboarding new app users, guiding them through policies and job duties, scheduling start dates, and managing necessary paperwork. You will work with the project team, source candidates, conduct interviews, and ensure new hires receive proper training and project assignments. Success in this position requires excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and experience in onboarding or similar roles. Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an Advanced English level
• Great ability to follow up and manage multiple tasks at the same time while working independently
• Experience in onboarding processes or in similar roles
• Experience with ATS and resume databases
• The ability to work with sensitive and confidential information
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Work with the project team and leads to understand hiring needs
• Source and interview candidates from various channels
• Introduce and onboard vetted rep candidates to the Survey Merchandiser app
• Ensure hired reps are set up for success by providing appropriate training
• Assign reps to projects and manage attendance
• Troubleshoot any issues as needed, working with the support team where necessary
