Onboarding Specialist

Summary

Join Bloomerang as an Onboarding Specialist and provide 1:1 virtual follow-ups to customers learning to use purchased products. You will manage the customer's Getting Started Journey, own follow-up sessions, assist with value recognition, act as a point of contact, and manage hand-offs between internal teams. This role requires strong communication skills and experience supporting SaaS CRM onboarding and training. Requirements

• 1+ years of experience supporting SaaS CRM onboarding and training in a virtual and/or on-site environment with a strong focus on customer onboarding best practices
• Being comfortable with serving as the primary contact between internal and external stakeholders helping ensure deliverables are met
• Strong organization skills and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and goals
• Have a strong technical proficiency and are able to quickly learn and understand new software products and concepts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Skilled in using Excel for reviewing and troubleshooting customer data import files

Responsibilities

• Manage the customers’ Getting Started Journey
• Own the 1:1 virtual follow-up sessions to ensure learning content understanding
• Assist customers with value recognition in their purchased platform(s)
• Act as a point of contact throughout the Customer Getting Started Journey
• Manage customer hand-offs between internal Bloomerang teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Foundational understanding of data migration processes
• 1+ years of project management experience with SaaS customer onboarding
• Experience with Bloomerang products
• Experience with supporting Non-Profit Organizations
• Experience with supporting Non-Profit CRM solutions

• The salary range for this position is: $40,000 - $54,000 You may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus
