Online Giving Manager

Summary

Join IllumiNative as an Online Giving Manager to develop and execute a robust annual giving program, manage online donation systems, and steward funding partners. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3-4 years of experience in nonprofit operations, and proficiency with Salesforce or similar donor CRM tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is required
• Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in an operations role at a nonprofit, tribal or related organization
• Experience in designing and executing Annual Giving campaigns
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar donor CRM tools

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a successful annual giving program using a multi-channel strategy
• Coordinate, develop, and execute editorial calendars of content in collaboration with the Advancement and Communications teams
• Create reporting systems and long-term strategies to engage individual donors
• Manage online donation systems, donor databases, and email systems effectively
• Manage donor relationships in partnership with and under the direction of the Sr. Director of Advancement
• Steward funding partners through regular updates and communications
