Requirements

  • Successfully completed studies or comparable training in online marketing/digital marketing or a related field
  • At least 4 years of professional experience in online or digital marketing, ideally in a medium-sized company
  • Technical know-how and experience with tools such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, WordPress, Adobe Creative Cloud, MailChimp, and analysis tools (e.g., eTracker)
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEA, and performance marketing, as well as experience in creating content strategies
  • Strong communication skills, creativity, and a feel for the visual and textual design of marketing content
  • Structured and independent work style with pronounced time and project management skills
  • Willingness to deal with new trends and technologies and integrate them into work
  • Fluent German and good English skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement holistic digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads
  • Analyze and optimize corporate and product websites for better search engine visibility
  • Plan, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) with data-based monitoring and optimization
  • Develop and create target group-oriented content (e.g., blog posts, newsletters, social media posts) and creative design of texts and visuals
  • Manage the company's presence on social media platforms and develop social ads to increase reach and engagement
  • Create reports to evaluate campaign success and derive optimization suggestions
  • Collaborate with other departments and external service providers to successfully implement projects
