Requirements

  • Have a solid experience in B2B marketing, whether in Product Marketing or Demand Generation
  • Understand the B2B sales process and have a strong grasp of the activities that generate leads and drive growth
  • Always explore new ways to reach prospects, with a focus on digital approaches like webinars rather than traditional events
  • Thrive in SaaS environment, where youโ€™ll have the chance to shape strategies that support key partners
  • Be comfortable with stakeholder management, working closely with both internal teams and external partners to get things done
  • Have a B2B mindset, understanding the sales process and how to align marketing efforts to drive success
  • Focus on lead generation and be excited to explore new, innovative ways to generate demand
  • Love collaboration: youโ€™ll be working with global teams and top-tier partners like Meta and Snapchat, gaining first-hand experience in managing high-level relationships
  • Have strong English communication skills, as most of our communication happens in English, and youโ€™ll need to articulate complex ideas clearly

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the Value Promise pillar: This encompasses everything from the first interaction a lead has with ROI Hunter to when they become a client and begin onboarding with our Customer Success teams
  • Ensure our partners understand and trust our solutions, making them comfortable referring their clients to us
  • Influence how we convert these partner leads during the sales process, helping to eliminate any obstacles faced by prospects and sales reps
  • Be at the forefront of our partnerships with Meta and Snapchat, engaging with professionals from these major tech companies daily and collaborating on global projects and events (we have contacts in Sรฃo Paulo, the US, Dublin, London,...)
  • Establish a strong foundation for long-term communication and collaboration with partners to maximize the generation of qualified leads
  • Streamline the sales process to ensure swift and efficient acquisition of partner leads
  • Develop compelling messaging that aligns with our value proposition and sets the right expectations for client onboarding
  • Organize webinars and events related to our partners
  • Manage additional aspects of the sales process, including competitor analysis, TAM (Total Addressable Market) management, and product demos

Preferred Qualifications

Be outcome-oriented, always thinking about results and how to measure impact, with familiarity with OKRs being a plus
