Summary

Join Trendyol Finance as a Retail Financial Services Business Development Professional and lead Fintech partnership initiatives. Design, execute, and manage projects expanding our financial services ecosystem through innovative partnerships, embedded finance solutions, and platform integrations. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of digital retail banking products, the Fintech landscape, and product launch and growth strategies, with a focus on P&L impact. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor key performance indicators, and ensure regulatory compliance. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience, including 1-2 years in product or third-party management within banking or consulting. Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience (Minimum 1-2 years "Product/3rd party management" experience in banking or consulting)
  • Experienced in banking, financial services, third party management and commercial operations and PNL responsibility
  • Exceptional communication, persuasion and team working skills
  • Strong problem solving and decision making skills
  • Able to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • High level analytical skills and growth mindset

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Fintech growth strategy aligned with the company’s growth aspirations
  • Identify and evaluate new opportunities and emerging technologies inline w/ company’s product roadmap
  • Collaborate with technology, legal and compliance teams to ensure seamless integration and regulatory compliance
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver fintech projects on time and within budget, ensuring they meet product KPIs and are of the highest quality
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) with growth opportunities in mind

Preferred Qualifications

Risk knowledge and advance analytics experience is a plus
