Requirements

• Degree in Data Science|Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related Technical field
• Demonstrated success in leading or participating in process improvement projects
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Looker, Tableau etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
• Project management skills to initiate, plan, execute, and close projects successfully
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for continuous improvement
• Change management skills to effectively guide teams through transitions

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvement
• Conduct detailed process mapping and analysis to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and root causes of problems
• Gather and analyze data to measure process performance and identify trends
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards to track key metrics and identify areas for improvement
• Shadow experienced analysts in the development and implementation of process improvement solutions
• Assist in preparing materials for workshops and training sessions
• Track and document the progress of improvement initiatives
• Communicate the benefits of process changes to stakeholders
• Provide training and support to employees during the implementation of new processes
• Monitor the effectiveness of changes and make adjustments as needed
• Encourage employees to identify and suggest process improvements
