Requirements
- Degree in Data Science|Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related Technical field
- Demonstrated success in leading or participating in process improvement projects
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Looker, Tableau etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
- Project management skills to initiate, plan, execute, and close projects successfully
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for continuous improvement
- Change management skills to effectively guide teams through transitions
Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvement
- Conduct detailed process mapping and analysis to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and root causes of problems
- Gather and analyze data to measure process performance and identify trends
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards to track key metrics and identify areas for improvement
- Shadow experienced analysts in the development and implementation of process improvement solutions
- Assist in preparing materials for workshops and training sessions
- Track and document the progress of improvement initiatives
- Communicate the benefits of process changes to stakeholders
- Provide training and support to employees during the implementation of new processes
- Monitor the effectiveness of changes and make adjustments as needed
- Encourage employees to identify and suggest process improvements
- Celebrate successes and share best practices
- Promote a positive and inclusive team culture that values continuous learning and improvement
