Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for Support, Fulfillment, and Onboarding teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand operational challenges and recommend data-driven solutions
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational effectiveness and support strategic decision-making
  • Conduct root cause analyses to identify issues affecting efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction
  • Support the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance scalability and operational growth
  • Provide data-backed recommendations to leadership for optimizing resource allocation and workflow efficiency
  • Assist in forecasting and capacity planning to ensure operations are aligned with business growth objectives

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience with Data Analytics, Operations, Capacity Planning, Operational Forecasting
