Requirements
- Be a highly analytical and results-oriented individual with a passion for using data to drive operational improvement
- Be a strong communicator with the ability to translate complex data into clear and concise insights for various audiences
- Be a collaborative team player who can build strong relationships with stakeholders across different functions
- Be a proactive problem-solver who can identify and address operational challenges
- Be a leader who can inspire and motivate others to embrace data-driven decision-making
- Have experience preparing and communicating analytical insights to senior management
- Have a proven ability to lead and manage analytical projects
- Have 7+ years experience with Business Intelligence tools
- Have 4+ years experience writing, updating, and optimizing SQL queries
- Have 3+ years experience with Databricks or similar Data Lake / Warehouse tools (e.g., Snowflake, Bigquery, Redshift)
- Have experience with statistical analysis and modeling techniques
- Have proficiency in Excel & Google Sheets
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership across the business to identify and address key operational challenges and opportunities
- Proactively analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improved operational efficiency, specifically in contact center operations and back office operational processes
- Translate business needs into clear analytical requirements
- Prioritize projects and initiatives based on potential impact and alignment with strategic goals
- Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business (including other departments like Product, Marketing, Sales, and Client Success) to foster a data-driven culture
- Support data quality and accuracy through collaboration and partnership with the Data Management team
- Lead the development and implementation of key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational teams
- Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations that provide clear and actionable insights into operational performance
- Leverage advanced analytical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Conduct research and analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making related to operations
- Develop data-driven narratives and presentations to communicate complex information effectively
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in operational analytics
Preferred Qualifications
- Have experience in advising senior management on data insights
- Have proficiency in Python, particularly with analytical packages (pyspark, pandas, numpy, matplotlib)
- Have experience in the energy industry, particularly solar
- Have experience with Sigma
