Summary
Join TV2, a leader in technical solutions, as their part-time Operations and HR Coordinator! This remote role offers a flexible schedule (10 a.m. to noon Pacific Time, Monday-Friday) and involves providing administrative support to various departments. You will manage tasks such as document review, process streamlining, asset management, employee onboarding/offboarding, and meeting coordination. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational and communication skills, along with 3-5 years of administrative experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Requirements
- Be a Canadian resident, legally eligible to work in Canada
- Have 3-5 years of administrative experience
- Be adept at Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook and the ability to learn new tools quickly
- Possess flawless English skills—written and verbal—and a talent for spotting errors
- Be a self-motivated go-getter who shines in a 100% remote role, balancing independence with quick responsiveness
- Be superbly organized, with a sharp eye for detail and a knack for managing shifting priorities
- Have a collaborative spirit with excellent interpersonal skills, ready to support a high-performing team
- Be equipped with reliable high-speed internet and comfortable using your personal cell phone and laptop for business purposes
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Engineering, Finance, HR, and the CEO
- Review, edit, and proofread key documents—like contracts and offer letters—ensuring they’re error-free and professional
- Streamline processes with DocuSign, preparing templates and tracking signatures
- Asset Management: Research, order, and track equipment or assets, keeping our team equipped for success
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees and contractors in BambooHR, SimplePay, and QuickBooks Time to ensure HR operations hum along smoothly
- Keep us on track by monitoring deadlines, sending timely reminders, and updating project statuses
- Coordinate virtual meetings, including scheduling interviews. May assist with some travel
- Maintain organized digital records and databases, ensuring easy access to critical information
Preferred Qualifications
Have prior HR or accounting ops experience
