Summary

Join Treatwell's HR team as an HR Administrator and contribute to providing the best employee experience, from onboarding to offboarding. You will manage daily administrative tasks, including onboarding documents, probationary periods, access to tools, DUE, medical visits, mutual insurance, managing sick leave, maternity, paternity, and provident fund files. Maintain the HRIS and social dashboards, propose process improvements, and collaborate with the Office & Happiness Manager on office-related tasks. Potential for progression into payroll. Requirements

  • Possess a degree or training in Human Resources or Social Law
  • Have prior experience in a similar role, ideally in a startup environment
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have experience with payroll/HRIS software
  • Possess good oral and written English skills
  • Demonstrate rigor, organization, and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Enjoy teamwork and be known for being attentive and having contagious energy

Responsibilities

  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including pre-employment documents and access to tools
  • Handle daily administrative tasks for Treatwell France employees: DUE, manage and track medical visits, mutual insurance affiliation, manage sick leave, maternity, paternity, and provident fund files
  • Ensure the HRIS and social dashboards are up-to-date
  • Propose improvements to internal processes
  • Collaborate with the Office & Happiness Manager on office administration tasks (e.g., mail management, badges)
  • Potentially evolve towards payroll tasks under the supervision of the People Ops Manager
