Requirements

  • You live in either Central or Eastern Timezone
  • You have 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in an administrative or coordination role
  • You’ve previously (or currently) worked remotely and/or at a start-up
  • You have some People & Ops or HR experience
  • You love processes and are extremely organized
  • You geek out on spreadsheets, data, analytics, and workplace tech in general
  • You’re just as comfortable in front of a group as you are in front of a spreadsheet
  • You enjoy writing, and you have experience writing in a professional setting
  • You’re reliable and accountable with a passion for inbox zero
  • You like solving problems and love getting in the details

Responsibilities

  • Perform day-to-day tasks and provide support for our People & Ops team
  • Establish yourself as a go-to resource for our People & Ops team and other employees on company and department practices, processes, and policies
  • Analyze department processes and implement improvements
  • Assist in full-cycle recruitment by coordinating job postings, streamlining candidate communications, and helping create a seamless and engaging hiring experience from application to offer
  • Help create an incredible employee experience by owning onboarding and offboarding tasks for an ever-growing team around the globe
  • Assist with People & Ops team compliance standards and practices
  • Assist in writing and updating our Employee Handbook
  • Improve how we document and share department best practices and resources
  • Support People & Ops technology, data, reporting, and analytics
  • Assist in planning our team meet-ups, like our virtual events and our All-Company retreat
  • Assist our CEO with administrative tasks such as managing calendars, coordinating travel, preparing meeting materials, and supporting special projects
  • Be a role model for our company mission and values
