Responsibilities

• Support the execution and refinement of operational processes across departments
• Identify operational bottlenecks and propose solutions to enhance productivity and streamline workflows
• Collaborate with various teams to gather data, track progress, and contribute to operational success
• Analyze dashboards and performance metrics to identify trends, generate insights, and provide actionable recommendations
• Maintain and update internal documentation, ensuring accurate records of workflows, processes, and key decisions
• Contribute to problem-solving exercises by providing analytical support and researching best practices
• Ensure timely follow-up and execution of assigned tasks, aligning with project timelines and company objectives

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in an operational or analytical role is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
