Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Economics, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges
- Eagerness to learn and grow within an evolving and fast-paced environment
- Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments
Responsibilities
- Support the execution and refinement of operational processes across departments
- Identify operational bottlenecks and propose solutions to enhance productivity and streamline workflows
- Collaborate with various teams to gather data, track progress, and contribute to operational success
- Analyze dashboards and performance metrics to identify trends, generate insights, and provide actionable recommendations
- Maintain and update internal documentation, ensuring accurate records of workflows, processes, and key decisions
- Contribute to problem-solving exercises by providing analytical support and researching best practices
- Ensure timely follow-up and execution of assigned tasks, aligning with project timelines and company objectives
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in an operational or analytical role is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
