Operations Associate

Summary

Join Clipboard Health, a fast-growing Series C marketplace, as a Growth Operations Specialist supporting the launch and scaling of new verticals. You will assist with lead generation, process leads, review email copy, schedule and launch marketing campaigns, and manage campaign performance. The role requires high ownership, proactive communication, critical thinking, and a commitment to finding efficient solutions. Experience with tools like Airtable, Slack, and Notion is helpful, but a specific degree or experience level isn't required; the focus is on execution and problem-solving abilities. The hiring process involves an application, a take-home assignment, and interviews with the Hiring Manager, Head of Growth, and CEO.

• Be comfortable with tools like Airtable, Slack, Notion, and spreadsheets or know how to get acquainted with them quickly
• Execute excellently and solve problems effectively

Responsibilities

• Support new vertical operators with their lead-generation efforts and the experiments they run around them
• Follow SOPs to process those leads and get them ready to be targeted
• Review email copy to make sure it is catchy, and effective, and our emails will not land in the spam folder
• Schedule and launch campaigns for vertical operators using marketing tools (that you can always learn on your 1st few days on the job)
• Manage the campaigns you launched, defect-hunting performance issues, and implement solutions based on marketing principles you’ll learn on the job
• Take high ownership of your duties
• Communicate with stakeholders when something’s missing
• Spot opportunities to simplify or automate the process
• Think critically and find long-term solutions that make your life easier and grow into other responsibilities
