Operations Associate

Summary

Join our team as an Operations Associate to support lottery operations at our local fulfillment center. As a backbone of our business, you'll be integral to our continued success. This part-time role requires a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, with a starting pay rate of $17 per hour.

Requirements

• Flexible schedule including weekends
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment, utilizing technology and computer software (Microsoft Excel a plus)
• Exceptionally detail-oriented and self-directed with the ability to prioritize and execute with little oversight
• Excellent verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships

Responsibilities

• Perform lottery ticket purchasing and redemptions
• Scan and upload lottery tickets, log progress, and process orders
• Coordinate workflow so that goals and deadlines are met
• Maintain printing and scanning equipment
• Work alongside a team to meet Jackpocket goals
• Assist with ad-hoc operational projects as needed
