Operations Associate

Summary

Join Pathpoint's growing Operations team as an Operations Associate, supporting our increasing volume and contributing to the modernization of the E&S insurance market. This remote, US-based role reports to an Operations Manager and focuses on managing endorsements, cancellations, and reviewing renewal quotes within a specific region. You will support automated processes, handle exceptions, and collaborate with other departments to enhance client service. The position requires at least three years of underwriting or underwriting assistant experience, including policy change execution. Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of Underwriting or Underwriting Assistant experience
• Experience executing policy changes mid-term (endorsements, cancellations)
• Ability to keep your desk organized and prioritize and execute across processes
• Experience with E&S insurance service and operations

Responsibilities

• Manage endorsements, cancellations, and reviewing renewal quotes within assigned region
• Support automated processes by reviewing exceptions and edge cases, including inspections and non-premium bearing endorsements
• Collaborate with other departments (Financial Operations, Sales, Underwriting) to improve client service

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of surplus lines compliance
• Knowledge of billing workflows in E&S insurance including agency bill and direct bill
