Requirements

  • Familiarity with tools like Slack and ticketing systems for managing customer inquiries and support requests
  • A proactive problem-solver with a curious mindset, capable of working independently with minimal hand-holding

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via Slack during working hours
  • Create and manage tickets for the engineering team based on customer-reported issues
  • Maintain up-to-date customer FAQs, ensuring information is accessible and accurate
  • Quickly familiarize yourself with the company’s APIs, products, and customers within the first week
  • Communicate product knowledge effectively to customers, helping them resolve issues or guiding them through processes
  • Identify common customer challenges and provide feedback to improve product documentation
  • Provide support in business operations by addressing ad-hoc requests and operational needs as they arise
  • Assist in optimizing internal processes to ensure efficient customer service and workflow management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges
