Summary

Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying opportunities for process optimisation and efficiency improvements across different departments
- Analyse current workflows and recommend enhancements to streamline operations
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to improve productivity
- Support and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring timely and successful completion
- Coordinate with various teams to gather requirements, set objectives, and track progress
- Deliver project reports and updates to senior management
- Conduct data analysis and generate reports to support decision-making processes and strategic initiatives
- Utilise analytical tools to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Assist in developing performance metrics and KPIs to monitor departmental success
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service
- Assist in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, contributing to client satisfaction and retention
- Provide support to colleagues, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance team performance
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and continuous learning opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
