Summary

The Operations Associate at Solace is responsible for analyzing tasks, being autonomous, working with small multi-disciplinary teams, rapidly producing multiple ideas, actively contributing to testing and ensuring product quality, planning and executing projects, and learning and becoming a guardian of the company's standards. The role requires 2+ years of relevant experience in consumer startups, banking, consulting, or demanding jobs in high pressure environments that required organization and performance.

Requirements

• Experience working in a chaotic environment
• 2+ years of relevant experience working in consumer startups, banking, consulting, or any demanding job in a high pressure environment that required organization and performance

Responsibilities

• Analyze task requirements and produce high-quality plans and output
• Be autonomous. Take full ownership of your work, and take responsibility for every last detail, every step of the way
• Work with small multi-disciplinary teams. Partner closely with engineering, product, and business folks to find elegant solutions to challenges
• Rapidly produce multiple ideas. You're not attached to a particular tactic, only around solving the problem
• Actively contribute to testing and ensuring the quality of our product
• Plan and Do. Create a plan and execute it. Comfortable managing a large project team as well as executing entirely yourself
