Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Experience credentialing providers with payers
• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the healthcare SAAS industry

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customers, serving as their primary point of contact for all matters related to clearinghouse enrollments and claim services
• Provide guidance to customers on proper enrollment, best practices, and configuration to ensure clients are maximizing the value of clearinghouse services
• Work within a team to promote success in all aspects of claims billing
• Develop and maintain a basic understanding of the product and industry trends to provide guidance to clients and internal teams
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and ensure a positive customer experience
