Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience credentialing providers with payers
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the healthcare SAAS industry
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of customers, serving as their primary point of contact for all matters related to clearinghouse enrollments and claim services
- Provide guidance to customers on proper enrollment, best practices, and configuration to ensure clients are maximizing the value of clearinghouse services
- Work within a team to promote success in all aspects of claims billing
- Develop and maintain a basic understanding of the product and industry trends to provide guidance to clients and internal teams
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and ensure a positive customer experience
