Responsibilities

• Configure incoming orders for complex machinery into production-ready work orders in our internal ERP system
• Communicate order requirements and priorities with the production supervisor
• Create and manage purchase orders with multiple third-party suppliers to maintain production inventory
• Enroll new customers and locations into our SaaS systems
• Use your in-depth product knowledge to assist customers in placing orders for the correct systems and parts
• Respond to order-related inquiries in a timely manner
• Maintain detailed records of orders, customer interactions, and production schedules within the ERP and SaaS systems
• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the order processing workflow to enhance efficiency and accuracy
