Summary

Requirements

  • Proven experience in clinic operations management, preferably within home-based or multi-location healthcare settings
  • Strong familiarity with booking systems, patient scheduling software, and physician allocation strategies
  • Excellent organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach to managing multiple schedules and operational tasks
  • Demonstrated ability to hire, train, and manage administrative and medical staff effectively
  • Solid understanding of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA compliance and state-specific healthcare standards
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to improving patient care and clinic operations
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage patient interactions professionally and empathetically

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of home-based medical care and multiple office locations
  • Manage and optimize booking systems to streamline patient scheduling, physician allocation, and home visit coordination
  • Coordinate and allocate physician schedules for home visits and in-office consultations
  • Lead the patient intake process, including managing inquiries, requests for home visits, and scheduling through online portals
  • Address and resolve patient concerns, feedback, and complaints
  • Oversee the hiring, onboarding, and scheduling of physicians and other medical staff
  • Develop and maintain training programs for administrative and support staff
  • Ensure adherence to all healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, and state-specific guidelines
  • Implement quality assurance measures and regular audits to monitor service delivery, patient care standards, and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with IT and administrative teams to enhance booking and scheduling software

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience managing home-based medical care operations or multi-site healthcare facilities
  • Familiarity with California healthcare regulations and quality standards
