Responsibilities

• Provide critical support to the Director of Field Operations
• Oversee the tools, systems, and resources used by the operations team
• Develop out-of-the-box solutions for operational requests
• Handle urgent, ad hoc requests by finding automated and efficient solutions
• Negotiate contracts and manage costs
• Develop and maintain planning activities to ensure team efficiency
• Identify and address potential shortages or delays in project execution
• Collect, analyze, and present data to support operational planning
• Manage internal and external stakeholders professionally
• Oversee the management of all resources (vehicles, travel, tools, etc.)
• Build and maintain strong communication structures across all operations teams
• Embrace change and new technology, contributing to our innovative approach to modern beekeeping

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a field technician, with knowledge of field repairs and remote supervision
• Familiarity with Python, Tunnel, AT Commands, or similar technologies
• Understanding of the beekeeping industry and experience in operational roles related to it
