Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule property tours
  • Assist with preparation tasks for property listings
  • Pull, review, and send property disclosure reports
  • Run and distribute comparable market analysis (comps) reports
  • Serve as a key liaison between real estate agents and homebuyers
  • Ensure smooth communication and task flow across all active transactions
  • Collaborate with the product team to test internal tools and features
  • Provide feedback to help refine AI-powered solutions for buyers and agents
