Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years working in a fast-paced organization, with at least 2 years supporting executive teams in task management
  • Experience in a startup environment is essential
  • Proficiency in Trello, HubSpot, Google Drive, and Excel
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and drive processes to completion

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement SOPs to streamline company operations, and maintain an accessible SOP repository for training and onboarding purposes
  • Develop and manage weekly and monthly reporting across Account Management, Account Executives, Administration, and Executive tasks to ensure data-driven decision-making
  • Follow up with executives to ensure adherence to tasks and deadlines, facilitating effective communication and accountability
  • Follow up with executives and key team members to ensure they adhere to tasks, deadlines, and project deliverables. Implement tracking mechanisms to ensure accountability and successful project execution
  • Develop Trello boards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and due dates across all departments, providing weekly summaries to the CEO
  • Perform executive assistant tasks as needed to support the leadership team
