Responsibilities

• Coordinate large-scale events
• Streamline marketing projects
• Ensure cross-functional alignment across marketing, sales, and other teams
• Coordinate major national conferences, trade shows, and local/regional events
• Ensure flawless execution, on-time delivery, and alignment with the broader marketing and sales goals of events
• Create and manage detailed project plans for marketing initiatives
• Ensure assets are delivered on time and within scope for marketing initiatives
• Serve as a central point of contact for cross-functional teams
• Monitor progress of projects
• Address bottlenecks in projects
• Communicate updates to ensure seamless execution and alignment across departments
