Operations Manager

Summary

Join Enode, a climate tech startup accelerating the transition to sustainable energy, as their first dedicated operations hire. You will play a key role in building a world-class operations function, supporting scaling efforts, and contributing to a sustainable future. This role requires a hands-on approach, problem-solving skills, and a passion for creating efficient systems. You will develop and implement scalable processes, leverage new technologies, define key performance metrics, and collaborate across teams. Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in operations within a high-growth, VC-backed start-up, or a combination of strategy consulting and operational expertise
• Demonstrated ability to apply analytics and quantitative methods to shape and drive informed decision-making
• A problem-solving mindset with a talent for dissecting complex challenges and effectively leading change initiatives
• Intellectual curiosity about our product and the energy transition, with a readiness to explore and master new topics and technologies
• A hands-on approach and a proactive attitude toward achieving results
• A deep passion for our mission and enthusiasm for contributing to what we are building

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement scalable processes and systems to support organizational growth
• Leverage new technologies (including AI) and tools to enhance efficiency and amplify human input
• Define and monitor key performance metrics to track and accelerate our growth
• Shape and support strategic initiatives across all areas of the business
• Oversee and optimize financial operations
• Lead strategic planning efforts and drive alignment across teams
• Collaborate cross-functionally to plan cultural initiatives and events, including our annual offsite
• Negotiate and manage strategic vendor partnerships to support our goals
