Requirements

• 5+ years of HR operations experience, preferably in a fast-paced, scaling environment
• Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and benefits administration
• Experience managing onboarding and offboarding workflows
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms
• Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from employee data
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Proactive approach to process improvement and employee experience

Responsibilities

• Manage annual open enrollment
• Support global benefits via Deel/Remote
• Assist employees with benefits inquiries and life events
• Support HRIS implementation
• Maintain HR policies and documentation
• Address HR issues as they arise
• Manage offboarding processes
• Ensure security compliance
• Analyze exit interview data
• Coordinate final steps (offboarding)
• Oversee mandatory compliance training
• Stay updated on state-specific requirements
• Support visa processes
• Address global HR matters
