Requirements

  • Operational Expertise: Proven experience in managing day-to-day operations within financial services, fintech, or technology sectors. Specific expertise in outsourcing management is essential
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to design and implement scalable operational frameworks that align with business and regulatory needs
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders, including service providers and regulators
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Familiarity with using data and technology to optimize operational processes; experience with tools such as SQL is a plus
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Ability to navigate complex operational challenges and develop innovative solutions while maintaining compliance
  • Educational Background: Master’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional projects effectively

Responsibilities

  • Ensure efficient day-to-day operations, including risk mitigation, data processing, and customer service workflows
  • Develop and implement scalable operational processes, systems, and risk management frameworks to ensure compliance and efficiency
  • Oversee outsourced operational functions, ensuring compliance with Irish Central Bank requirements, European standards, and best practices
  • Manage third-party service provider relationships, including due diligence, contract negotiation, and monitoring adherence to SLAs and KPIs, within the Group and externally
  • Collaborate with leadership, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders to align operational goals with strategic priorities and regulatory obligations
  • Lead business continuity planning and manage operational risks in line with Irish, European, and Group policies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of Irish and European operational regulations, particularly regarding outsourcing and business continuity requirements will be considered a plus
  • Educational Background: Advanced qualifications or certifications in operations or risk management are an advantage
