Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an order fulfillment operation, with exposure to supply chain or inventory management
- Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships and third-party partnerships effectively
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with a proven track record of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
- Familiarity with operational tools and systems, such as inventory management software or order processing platforms
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to adapt, learn, and contribute beyond formal responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Oversee the supply chain for packaging and consumable items, ensuring sufficient inventory to support business operations
- Collaborate with third-party partners, including our partner pharmacy, to ensure the timely manufacturing and delivery of medical products to customers
- Work closely with the General Manager, customer experience team, and external vendors to ensure operational excellence
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the quality of operations
- Troubleshoot and address operational issues as they arise, taking a proactive approach to maintaining smooth workflows
