You will collaborate with consultants and researchers, manage client communications, and oversee technology platforms. This position requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with experience in operations management and CRM systems. The successful candidate will contribute to business development and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of operations management experience, preferably in professional services or recruitment
- Proven track record of process improvement and operational excellence
- Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple concurrent projects
- Advanced proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and database management
- Exceptional organisational and time management abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with minimal supervision
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational processes and procedures across all aspects of the executive search function
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and drive efficiency gains
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality assurance protocols
- Manage project timelines and deliverables to meet client expectations and internal targets
- Coordinate client communications and maintain strong relationships throughout the search process
- Oversee the preparation and delivery of client reports, presentations, and search updates
- Manage client databases and ensure accurate maintenance of all client information and search records
- Support business development activities and proposal preparation as required
- Collaborate closely with consultants and researchers to ensure seamless execution of search assignments
- Provide operational support to the search team including scheduling, documentation, and administrative coordination
- Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and external partners
- Assist in onboarding new team members and ensuring they have the necessary operational support
- Oversee the effective use of CRM systems, databases, and other technology platforms
- Identify opportunities for technology improvements and coordinate implementation of new systems
- Ensure data integrity and security across all operational systems
- Generate regular reports and analytics to support business decision-making
- Support budget planning and monitor operational expenses
- Coordinate invoicing processes and maintain accurate financial records related to search assignments
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate procurement of operational resources
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of all business-critical information
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in executive search, recruitment, or talent acquisition
- Experience with business intelligence tools and data analysis
- Understanding of the global business landscape and employment practices
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar)
- Communication Excellence : Superior written and verbal communication capabilities, particularly for managing inquiries
- Organizational Mastery : Competence in task prioritization, effective time management, and maintaining precise attention to detail
- Technology Proficiency : Enthusiasm for embracing new technologies and enhancing operational processes
- Strategic Problem-Solving : Innovative thinking with the capability to proactively recognize challenges and develop effective solutions
